Minimums vary by product: mugs from 50pcs, pens from 100pcs, diaries from 25pcs, mousepads from 25pcs, bottles from 50pcs. Trophies and specialty items can be ordered in smaller quantities. Significant bulk discounts apply at 250, 500 and 1000+ pieces.
Standard promotional items are ready in 5–7 business days after artwork approval. Complex custom items or large-volume orders may require 10–14 days. We recommend contacting us at least 2–3 weeks before your event or gifting deadline.
Yes — for large orders we recommend ordering a pre-production sample to approve the quality, colour accuracy and branding placement before committing to the full quantity. Sample fees apply and are credited back on order confirmation.
